Robert L. Saloschin -- Lawyer; former Director, Department of Justice Office of Information Law and Policy (Freedom of Information matters); WW II naval aviation with service at Iwo Jima; experience in economics, corporate finance; transportation, land use, and foreign affairs; leader in community projects including library and swimming pool; more information in Who*s Who in the World, 18th ed.; founder and president of CQC.
Karl Grimm -- Management consultant; Univ. of Chicago graduate studies in public administration; WW II navy communications officer, Atlantic and European; 36 years in management of executive personnel at Dept. of Transportation (Office of Sec*y), NASA, Navy hdqtrs and David Taylor Model Basin, and Library of Congress; community services as board member and committee chair in church, PTA, mental health association, and mental health service agency.
Alan Siegel -- Graduate engineer; 33 years on technology and policy issues for state and local governments; Princeton engineering degree with additional policy studies; experienced in association management, oversight of fire and rescue services, aerospace and nuclear technology, energy conservation, environment, telecommunications, and various civic enterprises.
Carolyn Waller -- Lawyer; 23 years in immigration and refugee law and policy including adjunct professor at Univ. of D.C.; co-founder of Kensington Day Care Center and former officer child care association; awarded 1991 pro bono lawyer of the year in D.C.; former president North Bethesda Congress of Citizens Associations.
Paul A. Drummer -- Retired Businessman (20 years owner Old Dominion Personnel Services); army WWII European and Pacific; 12 years Court Appointed Advocate for abused and neglected children; counselor to senior citizens in mental health program; past president St. Luke*s House (treats chronic mental illness).

EDUCATION POLICY GROUP CHAIR: Richard Menzer -- Masters in education, Geo. Washington Univ.; 35 years teaching high school English/journalism in Virginia (Arlington, Falls Church) and Maryland (Montgomery); advisor on yearbook, newspaper, debates; wrote curriculum; testified for teachers to local governments on budgets and projects; assisted teachers and civic associations on various issues; retired 1997.
HEALTH POLICY GROUP CHAIR: Robert L. Gilliat -- former Deputy General Counsel for Personnel and Health Policy, Dept. of Defense; 5 years ethics panelist for Court of Veterans Appeals; civic services in senior health care counseling, former president of local civic association and other community activities.
